Jennifer’s passion comes from her son who is Autistic. She is passionate to educate and advocate for those in multifamily and make a change for the future generation.

Latrice Leake
Latrice grows inclusive, empowering workplaces where people and performance flourish. A lifelong education champion, she chairs the Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s Education Committee and serves on Mission Rock Residential’s DEI task force. At home, she’s Isaiah’s mom (8): chicken-nugget connoisseur and resident genius with ADHD.

Christina Robinson Race
Christina has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and is committed to advancing conversations around neurodiversity in the workplace. Diagnosed with ADHD, she is passionate about destigmatizing neurodiverse conditions and highlighting the unique strengths and “superpowers” they bring to the industry.
She is an active industry leader, having spoken at numerous events, including Apartmentalize 2025, and serving with organizations such as the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA), Chattanooga Apartment Association, Atlanta Apartment Association, and multiple National Apartment Association committees. Christina is also actively involved in the Multifamily Mentor Matchmaking group, where she helps guide and support the next generation of industry professionals.
